Ryan helped me sell my condo and also helped Ben and I buy our house. The experience for both was really great due to Ryan's professionalism, advice, and timely communication. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, he understands the market and always aims to find something his clients are happy with. Some realtors can be pushy, however he really listened to what we wanted and gave advice based on that; he never tried to make us feel as though we needed to settle. Selling my condo could not have been an easier process; he helped arrange for cleaning, photo shoot, and marketing materials, and within two weeks my condo had closed while I was traveling abroad. During our house closing, there was an issue with our lawyers and Ryan was really helpful in working through it with us so that in the end we felt no impact. We think Ryan is the best and we are really grateful for his services!

The guy is one of the best agents in Toronto. He got me a smoking deal on my first place, which I thought at the time would be unattainable. It also closed at 1 AM - he was working for me to get the deal done no matter what it took. Over two years later, I call and ask him questions about the market and advice. He gets back immediately with great insight. If you want a place, he will get it for you. Ryan is a smart straight shooter who knows the game.
